No Returns on Peptides, Exceptions for Damage

Due to the sensitive nature of our peptide products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.

Lost Shipments

  • Carrier Confirmed Loss:If the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) confirms your shipment as lost and the delivery report shows non-delivery, we will reship your order at no extra charge.
  • Carrier Confirmed Delivery:If the carrier indicates your package was delivered, but you claim it’s lost, we cannot reship your order for free. Our delivery guarantee is fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us. After verifying your claim, we will promptly send the missing item. For quality control, all orders are documented and photographed before shipping to prevent fraudulent claims.

Accepted Returns & Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our team. Please note if the issue is not directly caused by us, we will not issue a direct refund. Examples of these instances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • A shipping service delivers your package to the wrong address
  • An incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout
  • A third-party carrier mishandles your order resulting in damage

Instead, we will provide a free reshipment or store credit equal to your order value.

Refunds can often be costly due to credit card processing fees, so we aim to resolve issues in a way that ensures you still receive full value from your order.

If the issue does fall on us, we would be more than happy to discuss the possibility of a refund, but this does not mean we can guarantee a refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. For return shipping labels and instructions, please email [email protected].

Chargebacks

We take chargebacks very seriously and will consider them as fraud if used inappropriately. A change of mind about a product does not constitute grounds for a fraudulent usage claim. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us first to explore your options.
